These Platform Terms of Service (these “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Link2Coaching, the coaching technology platform operated by Link2Coaching LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th St N #34496, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Company’s websites, mobile applications, and related services, including the peer coaching environment marketed as Link2Coaching Peer and the coach-to-client marketplace marketed as Link2Coaching Pro (together with all associated features, content, and functionality, the “Platform”). Please read these Terms carefully, because they affect your legal rights, including the manner in which disputes are resolved.
Section 27 contains a binding individual-arbitration provision and a waiver of class proceedings that govern how disputes between you and the Company are resolved, together with a right to opt out of arbitration within thirty days. By creating an account, indicating your acceptance through any onscreen mechanism, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy referenced in Section 5. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to every person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether as a visitor, a registered member, a coach providing coaching, or a client receiving coaching. Where you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the words “you” and “your” refer to both you individually and that organization.
1.2 Your use of certain features is also governed by the companion terms identified in Section 5, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. Where a companion document and these Terms address the same subject, the companion document controls for the feature it governs, and these Terms control in all other respects.
